Protecting your data
Privacy policy
Raz Almasiya Real Estate respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
This policy explains the data we collect when you use this website, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights over it and how to exercise them.
Scope of this policy and the controller
This policy applies to the Raz Almasiya Real Estate website and its visit booking and enquiry forms and live chat service. The party responsible for processing your data is Raz Almasiya Real Estate in Jeddah.
This policy does not apply to external websites and apps we may take you to, such as WhatsApp, social media platforms and the careers portal, which are subject to their own privacy policies.
The data we collect
We collect the following data, depending on how you contact us:
- Data you provide yourself in the visit booking and enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, the project or district you are interested in, your preferred visit time and your message.
- Live chat data: the messages you write, and your name and contact details if you choose to give them during the chat.
- Technical data collected automatically while you browse the website: your IP address, browser, device and operating system, the pages you visit and how long you stay, and the website that referred you to us, through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for sensitive data through this website, such as your national ID number or financial or health data, and we ask you not to include it in your messages.
How we use the data
- To answer your enquiries and arrange the project visits you request.
- To give you information about the projects, the available units and their prices, and for our sales team to follow up on your request, including contacting you by phone or on WhatsApp about it.
- To improve the website, understand how it is used and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- To protect the website and its forms from misuse and spam.
- To meet the obligations imposed by the laws in force in the Kingdom.
We do not use your data for purposes other than these without telling you, and where the law requires it we ask for your consent first.
The legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or start a chat, because the processing is necessary to fulfil your request, for a legitimate interest of ours that does not conflict with your rights, such as protecting and improving the website, or to meet a legal obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Cookies that are necessary to run the website and remember some of your preferences while you browse.
- Live chat cookies that keep your chat session while you use it.
- Analytics cookies through Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to measure the number of visits and how the pages are used, in aggregate.
- Advertising cookies through Google Ads to measure how effective our ads are, such as whether an ad led to a visit request or a contact.
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Refusing some cookies may stop parts of the website from working, such as the live chat.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only in the following cases:
- With service providers that work on our behalf and on our instructions, such as the providers that host, deliver and protect the website and the provider of our request and customer relationship management system, only as far as needed to provide the service.
- With the provider of our machine translation service (Anthropic, the provider of the Claude model), to translate live chat messages between you and our team when you write in a language other than Arabic, only as far as needed for the translation.
- With the competent government and judicial authorities when the law requires us to.
Some data, including live chat messages when they are translated, may be processed by service providers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; in doing so we follow the rules that the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations set for transferring data outside the Kingdom.
Job applications
When you apply for a job advertised on the careers page of the website, we collect the data you enter in the application form, namely:
- Identity and contact details: your full name, mobile number, email address, nationality, national ID or residence permit number, city, date of birth, marital status and number of dependants.
- Job and qualification details: the type of job and preferred place of work, when you can start and your notice period, your qualification, field of study, institution and graduation year, your years of experience, last employer and previous job title, your expected salary, your languages, skills, certificates and courses, your LinkedIn profile link, and what you write about yourself.
- The documents you attach: your CV, academic qualifications and certificates, experience certificates and any other documents.
- Your declaration that the data is correct and its date, and the source of your visit, if any.
Why we collect it: to review your application against the requirements of the job, to contact you about the application and the interview stages, and to complete the hiring process if your application is accepted. Job application data is not used for marketing, is not sold and is not shared with any outside party except as the law requires.
Where it is kept and who sees it: the application and its attachments are sent from the website server directly to the human resources system of Raz Almasiya Real Estate over an encrypted connection; your CV, ID number and other attachments are not stored on the website server. Only the human resources team and the company’s hiring managers who take part in reviewing the application can see it.
How long we keep it: we keep the application and its attachments for two years from the date it was submitted, to refer to it for suitable jobs, and then delete it. If your application is accepted, your data moves to your employee file in accordance with the laws in force.
How long we keep the data
We keep enquiry and visit request data for as long as needed to serve you and follow up on your request, and then destroy it or remove what identifies you from it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Protecting your data
We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypting the connection to the website and limiting access to the data to authorised employees who need it for their work.

- The right to access the data we hold about you and to obtain a copy of it.
- The right to ask for your data to be corrected, completed or updated.

Children’s privacy
The website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that we have collected a minor’s data without the consent of their guardian, we destroy it.
