Raz Almasiya Real Estate is a real estate developer in Jeddah, working in real estate development, construction and contracting, operation, real estate marketing and real estate brokerage.

Its projects are spread across 10 districts of Jeddah: Al Salamah, Al Manar, Al Naseem, Al Rawdah, Al Nahdah, Al Zahraa, Darb Al Haramain, Al Marwah, Al Nakheel and Al Rayyan.

Its relationship with clients does not end when the keys are handed over: it provides a free owners’ association for one year and comprehensive maintenance for one year from the title deed date, and it pays the guards’ salaries and the shared utility bills.
