How the program works

  1. Apply

    Your details, then your mobile confirmed with a WhatsApp code, then your FAL license and its copy.

  2. We review your license

    We check the license on the Real Estate General Authority platform, and your details.

  3. You are approved

    We send you the result of the review on WhatsApp, to the number you confirmed.

  4. Share and follow

    Share your link and Raz units with your clients, and follow their bookings and your commissions.

Before you start

Requirements

  • A valid FAL license from the Real Estate General Authority, as a photo or a PDF file.
  • Your national ID or residence (iqama) number.
  • A Saudi mobile number on WhatsApp, to receive the verification code.
  • A Saudi bank account to receive your commission (it can be added later; it is needed before the first payout).

We do not ask for a copy of your ID.

Program terms

  1. The program is for individual marketers holding a valid FAL license; the account stays active while the license is valid.
  2. You market Raz projects under your own name and license, and you do not represent Raz in signing contracts.
  3. You never receive any money from the client: all payments go to the accounts of Raz Almasiya Real Estate only.
  4. A client who arrives through your link, or whom you register in your name, is attributed to you under the attribution rules of the Raz system.
  5. Commission rates and the terms of earning and payout are given to you when your account is approved.
  6. You comply with real estate and advertising regulations, and with the information Raz publishes about its projects.
  7. Raz may suspend the account if the terms are breached or the license expires.

How is the commission calculated?

The commission is recorded on the deals that come through you under the program terms; the rates and payout terms are given to you when your account is approved.

Why do you ask for a copy of the license?

To verify the license on the Real Estate General Authority platform. We do not ask for a copy of your ID.
